"If it would help her guitar students learn, Cheryl Lunsford said she'd climb up on a chair and jump up and down. Though it may seem a drastic measure, Lunsford is serious about teaching music. She owns The Guitar Dojo Teaching Studio, which she's operated out of her Fincastle home for the past three years. Lunsford, 45, has taught guitar to people ages 7 to 78. "Cheryl Lunsford spent the weekend of July 18-20 in the Bourgeois Guitars booth at the National American Music Mart in Nashville. She demonstrated guitars to buyers and wishers and came home with an artist endorsement from the famous Maine guitar company. While in Nashville, she visited backstage at the Ryman Theater with the most famous Bourgeois guitar star, Ricky Skaggs. He performed that night with his children. She marveled aloud that each seat in the theater had a bag of biscuit mix.........."
